Brief
Earlier this year an opportunity came up for us to consider the purchase of the property adjacent to our industrial site in Botany. I was struggling to establish the real quantum of the opportunity. How
much was the market value of the site, now and in the future? Were there any issues with the site from a council perspective in terms of limitations of what could be done with the site. Would we be able to do what we had planned for the site, we had development ideas but were they feasible? etc.
I really needed an independent third party who had real estate smarts to help me.

Jeremy recommended to conduct a study via his Invest Smart Commercial program. We went through the process, which was easy to do. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome, the result was a comprehensive study on the market, the site, and the various development considerations we should include in our decision. It was a big help in establishing an outcome to buy or not.
Results
I found the investment in this report an invaluable tool in guiding the direction of our decision making. It was a worthwhile low-cost insurance policy, in fact, I don’t think I will make a real estate move in future without going through this process again. It makes sense to prepare such a report and I found Jeremy and his team professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommendworking with That Real Estate Guy.

Jeremy was excellent to deal with and very professional, he was able understand what I wanted to achieve in a prospective new family home. The property, a converted warehouse had several challenges and I did not understand how they could be resolved, nor did I have expertise to understand the commercial impacts. Jeremy’s ability to connect at a personal level really helped me in making decisions about my next property purchase.
He’s really engaging and passionate about the services he offers and I could see he really enjoyed helping me review my potential next home. Jeremy has a very wide-ranging property knowledge. In my case he was able to use his skills as property developer to
illustrate the advantages and disadvantage in the property. He can also narrow the complexity of the property issues, making it simple for me to understand the risks associated with a potential property purchase.
My biggest challenge was not being able to open a dialogue with-in the context of complex property challenges. He saved me so much time and effort, for that his work is priceless, prior our meeting, I’d spent almost 40 hours conducting my own research. Jeremy presented his report in one hour which answered all my questions, I was considering spending almost $4,000,000 on a warehouse residence that didn’t have planning permission for me to live in, he was able to give me peace of mind in making my decision about my next steps.
Most importantly his work is very well presented and explained, as english is not my first language.
